Waffen SS Maj Gen Theodor Wisch's Ribbon Bar replica.Theodor Wisch  was a high-ranking member of the Waffen-SS of Nazi Germany during World War II. He was a commander of the SS Division Leibstandarte (LSSAH) . He assumed command of the LSSAH in April 1943.
