1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class replica. It was re-instituted by King Wihelm II on 5 August 1914.It was awarded to personnel who performed a single act of bravery in combat. It was suspended from a ribbon on the chest. The usual display of the 2nd Class version was as a ribbon through one of the button holes in the recipient's tunic. The obverse featured letter "W"in the center, imperial crown at the top,and date "1914"at the bottom. The reverse featured oak leaf in the cnter, imperial crown surmounting "FW"(King Friedrich Wilhelm III)at the top,and date "1813"at the bottom.
